Styccobond F73 PLUS
One Part Heavy Duty Flooring Adhesive
STYCCOBOND F73 PLUS is a one part, fibre-reinforced, moisture curing, heavy-duty flooring adhesive suitable for installing a wide range of floorcoverings and artificial grass. It is water resistant and suitable for outdoor use which makes it ideal for use in entranceways. However, it is not intended to be used as – or as a substitute for – a surface damp proof membrane.
With a quick drying time, you can secure floorcoverings from just 90 minutes, providing a solution to a high-quality installation with minimum downtime. It has a high bond strength which allows high foot traffic and heavy loads, making it ideal for use application in interior and exterior high-use areas.
This adhesive has an open time of 20 to 30 minutes, allowing fitters sufficient time to install floorcoverings correctly and efficiently. It maintains its effectiveness with a shelf life of 12 months in unopened containers stored in good conditions. This makes it a reliable choice for both current and future projects.
STYCCOBOND F73 PLUS’s heavy duty properties provide excellent resistance to water, oil and grease when fully cured. It is also suitable for use over normal underfloor heating systems, making it ideal for use in new build properties and renovation projects. This adhesive is isocyanate and solvent free, contributing towards safe usage without compromising on strength or durability.

STYCCOBOND F73 PLUS flooring adhesive can be used for securing needlepunched / fibre bonded carpets, artificial grass, PVC, latex, polyurethane and rubber backed carpets, vinyl and rubber floorings, in both sheet and tile format.
