FloorTec 2026
The FloorTec expo, organised by the Floor Covering Institute of Australia (FCIA), returned to Melbourne in February.
Building on the success of last year’s event, it once again served as a hub for industry professionals, suppliers and manufacturers to showcase the latest innovations in commercial flooring in Australia.
Attendees had the opportunity to engage with industry leaders and sit in on expert-led seminars on issues affecting the flooring industry, including standards and subcontracting.
Representing F. Ball at the event was business development manager for Australia and New Zealand, Kevin Hardy. With F. Ball’s growing footprint in the region, Kevin used the expo to build on long-term partnerships.
He said: “We are always looking to meet representatives of flooring distributors whose values align with ours. Our goal is to see how we might work together to grow their business through the premium training, technical support and marketing excellence that F. Ball is known for globally.”
