Dual Appointment
F. Ball has announced two senior appointments to its managerial team.
Karl Brannigan has been promoted to the role of Sales Director, whilst Simon Jenkins has been appointed National Sales Manager. This follows Darren Kenyon taking on the role of Managing Director in April.
Karl joined F. Ball as National Sales Manager in 2020, with over 17 years’ experience in the flooring industry within business development and sales management roles.
As Sales Director, he will be responsible for directing the sales and marketing teams, maintaining relationships with over 190 of the company’s distributors, as well as identifying and developing new market opportunities.
Simon began his career in the flooring industry in 1998 before joining F. Ball as Technical Representative for North London in 2008 and becoming Southern Area Sales Manager in 2020.
In his new role, Simon will manage the company’s team of Area Sales Managers, Regional Technical Representatives and Retail Representatives, who provide advice, on-site assistance to flooring contractors, wholesalers and retailers.

The board is confident that this will ensure that we are able to continue to anticipate market demands and provide the service and support that our customers have come to expect from F. Ball.”
