Customer Satisfaction Survey 2022

The results of F. Ball’s latest survey of its customers show satisfaction with F. Ball products is at its highest ever level.

Conducted earlier in the year, the customer consultation asked respondents to score various aspects of F. Ball’s products and support services out of ten. High levels of satisfaction were recorded across all categories, and product satisfaction was the highest since the research was first undertaken in 2015.

Adhesives and levelling compounds were both rated 9.4, while repair compounds and moisture management solutions achieved scores of 8.5 and 9 respectively.

Satisfaction with F. Ball technical support soared, with over-the-phone advice from technical service officers scoring 9.7, the industry-leading guide to floorcovering-adhesive compatibility, F. Ball’s Recommended Adhesives Guide (RAG®) receiving a rating of 9.73, and site visits by technical representatives rated 9.76, all just shy of perfect scores.

There was also an outstanding endorsement for F. Ball’s free training provisions – all respondents that had attended a training course at the F. Ball Centre of Excellence giving full marks for satisfaction.

Overall product satisfaction was 9.5, up from 9.1 the last time the survey was conducted, and the highest since the research was first carried out.

Commenting on the results, F. Ball sales director Darren Kenyon said: “We’re delighted that the results of our latest customer survey show that products and services are delivering for customers as they should. Feedback is also incredibly important to us so that we can see where we can do things better and continue to improve.”
