F. Ball Expands Technical Support Leadership
F. Ball and Co. Ltd. has bolstered the leadership of it’s technical representatives team, known for their industry-leading support in helping flooring contractors to get the best out of the company’s products and advising on complex flooring installations.
Michael Hoe has been appointed area sales manager for the north of England, Scotland and Ireland, while Phil Nightingale, formerly technical representative for the East Midlands, is promoted to the newly created central area sales manager position. Paul Trubridge remains southern area sales manager.
Together, they will lead F. Ball’s network of regional technical representatives, who provide expert technical advice, training and on-site assistance to flooring contractors, distributors and retailers on subfloor preparation and floorcovering installation. This includes producing case-specific reports advising on the best course of action for particular flooring projects.
Michael brings to the role nearly 30 years experience working in sales roles at manufacturers of products for the professional flooring industry.
