Overseas Distributors Seminar

Overseas distributors at the seminar in the F. Ball Centre of Excellence.

F. Ball reinforced its commitment to international markets by welcoming distributors from around the world for its Overseas Distributor Seminar at its UK manufacturing headquarters.

The three-day event was attended by leaders from the company’s international distributors and customers from as far afield as Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan and Malaysia, underscoring the important role of these partners in serving customers around the world.

The conference was designed to enhance delegates’ awareness of the technical expertise and processes involved in manufacturing F. Ball products and learn more about marketing and sales support available in their respective countries, as well as network with other flooring professionals.

A tour of the Cheddleton manufacturing facilities and development laboratories enabled them to witness the state-of-the-art production and product testing operations that underpin the quality of F. Ball products. Practical demonstrations in the F. Ball Centre of Excellence offered guests the chance to use a range of products.

They also met key personnel from technical service, marketing, sales, accounts and operations departments, who also used the opportunity to gauge feedback from attendees on all aspects of F. Ball products and services.

F. Ball currently exports directly to over 60 countries worldwide, with additional reach achieved through UK-based distributors.
