STOPGAP 1600 is a fibre-reinforced smoothing compound designed for new or existing internal floor refurbishments in both domestic and commercial environments, prior to the installation of new floorcoverings.
STOPGAP 1600 is suitable for use over both electrical wired and water-fed underfloor heating and cooling systems.It is fast drying and is ready to receive floorcoverings from as little as 12 hours at 3-5mm thickness.
STOPGAP 1600 is dimensionally stable and is supplied as a pre-blended dry powder, which is designed for application between 3-40mm in one application. It is protein-free which allows it to be used in biologically sensitive areas.
