Rapid Repair Mortar for External Floors
STOPGAP 460 is a ready to use polymer-modified, rapid repair mortar that delivers a fast-setting solution to repairing external floors. Flooring contractors can use STOPGAP 460 before applying STOPGAP 850 or in internal uses prior to the application of STOPGAP waterproof surface membranes.
Our rapid repair mortar is ideal for use in damp conditions where you detect excess subfloor moisture. STOPGAP 460 is also specifically designed to be completely weather resistant; it offers excellent freeze/thaw resistance when used in external environment so it can be used to repair exterior floors as part of refurbishment projects. You can use STOPGAP 460 for non-structural repairs, such as filling in cracks and divots, on lower strength concrete flooring elements such as floor screeds, paving slabs, edges, treads and risers. It is also suitable for producing gradients for ramps.
Our dimensionally stable floor repair mortar comes as a pre-blended dry powder, designed for applications between 3-50mm. It is protein-free making it suitable for use in biologically sensitive areas biologically sensitive areas.
