STYCCOBOND F45 is a high quality, non-staining vinyl floorcovering adhesive designed to deliver reliable, long lasting results for the installation of vinyl flooring. This co-polymer emulsion adhesive offers excellent resistance to PVC plasticisers. It also resists bio-degradation and can withstand wet cleaning techniques, ensuring safe and long-lasting use.
With an open time of up to 30 minutes – dependent on temperature, humidity, and subfloor absorbency – STYCCOBOND F45 allows fitters ample time to install vinyl flooring correctly and efficiently. You can use our STYCCOBOND F45 vinyl flooring adhesive for securing a wide range of highly plasticised vinyl floorcoverings and PVC backed carpets.
Users can apply this vinyl floorcovering adhesive to our STOPGAP smoothing compounds, structurally sound, smooth, dry subfloors, as well as flooring grade plywood. It is also suitable for use under normal underfloor heating systems making it suitable choice for new builds and renovations.
STYCCOBOND F45 maintains its effectiveness with a shelf life of 12 months in unopened containers stored in good conditions. This makes it a reliable choice of adhesive for both immediate and future flooring projects.

STYCCOBOND F45 AREAS OF USE
STYCCOBOND F45 flooring adhesive can be used for securing a wide range of highly plasticised vinyl floorcoverings and PVC backed carpets. See the F. Ball Recommended Adhesives Guide for details of specific floorcoverings. STYCCOBOND F45 can be applied to STOPGAP smoothing compounds, structurally sound, smooth, dry subfloors of concrete and sand/cement screed and flooring grade plywood. STOPGAP waterproof surface membranes, sound flooring grade asphalt and other non-absorbent surfaces must be skimmed with a minimum of 3mm of the appropriate STOPGAP smoothing compound.
