Conductive Acrylic Flooring Adhesive
STYCCOBOND F57 is a solvent free, carbon fibre-filled acrylic flooring adhesive, designed to provide high bond strength, strong initial tack, and good plasticiser resistance. Specifically developed for conductive floor installations, our acrylic adhesive offers a long open time of up to 45 minutes which provides floor fitters with a sufficient amount of time to complete flooring installations correctly and efficiently.
Flooring contractors can use the STYCCOBOND F57 adhesive to secure a a wide range of conductive and antistatic PVC and some textile backed floorcoverings. Please see the F. Ball Recommended Adhesives Guide for details of specific floorcoverings. It can be applied to a variety of subfloor types including STOPGAP smoothing compounds, structurally sound, smooth, dry subfloors of concrete and sand/cement screed.
This acrylic flooring adhesive resists bio-degradation, helping it to maintain its strength and performance quality over time. It is also suitable for use over normal underfloor heating installations making it effective for use in new builds and renovation projects.
STYCCOBOND F57 maintains its effectiveness with a shelf life of 12 months in unopened containers stored in good conditions. This makes it a reliable choice for both current and future projects.

Ball Recommended Adhesives Guide for details of specific floorcoverings. For products not listed in the Recommended Adhesives Guide, please contact the floorcovering manufacturer or the F. Ball Technical Department. STYCCOBOND F57 can be applied to STOPGAP smoothing compounds, structurally sound, smooth, dry subfloors of concrete and sand/cement screed and flooring grade plywood. STOPGAP Waterproof Surface Membranes, sound flooring grade asphalt and other non-absorbent surfaces must be skimmed with a minimum of 3mm of the appropriate STOPGAP smoothing compounds.
