STYCCOBOND F58 PLUS is a fast-drying, fibre-reinforced vinyl and rubber flooring adhesive that you can use as a wet lay, semi-wet or pressure sensitive adhesive to secure vinyl and rubber floorcoverings. It provides a high bond strength and strong initial tack to ensure durable and long-lasting performance from first contact. Its solvent-free formula is resistant against bio-degradation, making it a reliable and safe choice of adhesive. This flooring adhesive is suitable over normal underfloor heating installations, making it effective in new builds and renovations.
STYCCOBOND F58 PLUS adhesive allows floorcoverings to be installed from 5 minutes. This ensures that flooring contractors can complete projects to a high-quality and with little downtime. Its generous open time of 3 hours provides floor fitters with the flexibility to complete the installation efficiently without the need to rush.
This rapid drying adhesive meets the standards of the International Marine Organisation and approved for use in marine floor installations.

STYCCOBOND F58 PLUS AREAS OF USE
STYCCOBOND F58 PLUS can be used to secure PVC and vinyl sheet and tile floorcoverings.
See the F. Ball Recommended Adhesives Guide for details of specific floorcoverings. STYCCOBOND F58 PLUS can be applied to STOPGAP smoothing compounds, structurally sound, smooth, dry subfloors of concrete and sand/cement screed, plywood, flooring grade chipboard and hardboard.
STYCCOBOND F58 PLUS can also be applied directly to epoxy resin STOPGAP waterproof surface membranes and other non-absorbent subfloors when used as a pressure sensitive adhesive and where the surface finish is smooth enough to permit the installation of PVC floorcoverings. Sound flooring grade asphalt must be skimmed with a minimum of 3mm of the appropriate ass=”yoast-text-mark”>ef=”https://f-ball.com/en/smoothing-compounds/”>STOPGAP smoothing compound. For details on other subfloors, contact our Technical Service Department. When used as a wet lay adhesive, STYCCOBOND F58 PLUS is suitable for rubber sheet and tile floorcoverings up to 4mm thick.
