Solvent Free Contact Flooring Adhesive
STYCCOBOND F66 is a solvent free contact flooring adhesive with great drying characteristics. The adhesive should be applied by notched spreader and/or sponge applicator. The adhesive is suitable for use over normal underfloor heating making it ideal for use in new builds and renovation projects.
This contact flooring adhesive provides a formation of an instant bond makes it particularly suitable for use on vertical surfaces. It has a quick drying time from 30 minutes which allows floor fitters to efficiently complete flooring installations with minimal downtime.
The open time for this adhesive varies between 30 to 40 minutes. The two surfaces can then be pressed together within the next 7 hours. If open the time exceeds 7 hours, then heat reactivation may be used.
You can use our solvent free contact adhesive for securing PVC and rubber edgings, covings and nosings, floor and wallcoverings with backings of PVC, rubber, cork and most textiles. It can be used on substrates of plaster, cement render, wood, stone, metal and UPVC.
STYCCOBOND F66 maintains its effectiveness with a shelf life of 12 months in unopened containers stored in good conditions. This makes it a reliable choice for both current and future projects.

STYCCOBOND F66 AREAS OF USE
STYCCOBOND F66 flooring adhesive can be used for securing PVC and rubber edgings, covings and nosings, floor and wallcoverings with backings of PVC, rubber, cork and most textiles. Refer to the F. Ball Recommended Adhesives Guide for details of specific floorcoverings and wallcoverings. Sound flooring grade asphalt must be skimmed with a minimum of 3mm of the appropriate STOPGAP smoothing compound.
STYCCOBOND F66 can be used on substrates of Plaster, Cement Render, Wood, Stone, Metal and UPVC. For details on other surfaces, contact our Technical Service Department.
