Styccobond F84
Two Part Reactive Flooring Adhesive
STYCCOBOND F84 is a two-part reactive flooring adhesive designed to install a wide range of sheet floorcoverings onto STOPGAP ISOLATOR MEMBRANE and other suitable substrates. The epoxy flooring adhesive is designed for use in areas that are subject to surface water and heavy foot traffic. This ensures strong bonds and durability even in high-use areas. It is also suitable with normal underfloor heating systems making it ideal for use in new build properties or a renovation project.
When cured, STYCCOBOND F84 is resistant to water, oil and grease. Although suitable for outdoor use, it is not intended to be used as or substituted for waterproof surface membrane. You can use it to secure a wide range of vinyl and rubber floorcoverings, sheet linoleum and textile floorcoverings. For details of specific floorcoverings, please refer to the F. This reactive flooring adhesive has a open time of up to 20 minutes and a working time of approximately 1 hour, ensuring floor fitters can complete the installation to a high quality with minimal downtime.
STYCCOBOND F84 maintains its effectiveness with a shelf life of 12 months in unopened containers stored in good conditions. This makes it a reliable choice for both current and future projects.

STYCCOBOND F84 AREAS OF USE
STYCCOBOND F84 flooring adhesive can be used for securing a wide range of vinyl and rubber floorcoverings, sheet linoleum and textile floorcoverings. Refer to the F. Ball Recommended Adhesives Guide for details of specific floorcoverings.
STYCCOBOND F84 can be applied to STOPGAP smoothing compounds, Isolator Membrane, structurally sound, smooth, dry subfloors of concrete and sand/cement screed, plywood, flooring grade chipboard, hardboard and bright steel. STOPGAP waterproof surface membranes, sound flooring grade asphalt and other non-absorbent surfaces must be skimmed with a minimum of 3mm of the appropriate STOPGAP smoothing compound. When used in conjunction with STOPGAP ISOLATOR MEMBRANE, please refer to the technical data sheet for detailed guidance.
