You can use it on preformed subfloors, <span lang=\"EN-US\">such as plywood or stainless steel, including raised access panels. These types of subfloor flex or expand and contract<\/span> slightly due to normal foot traffic and temperature changes.<\/p>\n<p>The development of specialist levelling compounds creates a suitable base for receiving floorcoverings when working over these kinds of subfloor, as they better accommodate these movements. This helps to prevent cracks from forming as a result of subfloor movement. These act like steel rods in reinforced concrete, ensuring that the installation retains its strength despite these stresses.<\/p>\n<p>Its fast-drying technology allows the installation of resilient floor coverings in as little as 3 hours, and is walk-on-hard after just 60 minutes.
