Ball Rewards Claim Cashback

We are offering all Ball Rewards members 5% Cashback on Styccobond F3 between 1st October and 31st December 2024.

STYCCOBOND F3 is a water based textile flooring adhesive that has excellent wet grab with an early build up of strength and should be used for securing fibre bonded carpets, hessian, felt, secondary latex and rubber foam backed carpets, contract underlay and cork tiles up to 3.2mm thick.

Plus you can still continue to claim your 2.5% Cashback on all other F. Ball products during this period.

If you are an existing contractor member of the Ball Rewards Scheme, or if you register to become a contractor or retailer member of the scheme before 31st December 2024, you immediately qualify for 2.5% Cashback* on all your purchases of F. Ball products. There is also a ‘5% Cashback’ offer on Styccobond F3 during the period 1st October to 31st December 2024.

It could not be simpler to claim:

1. If you are registered before 31st December 2024 you may claim for purchases of F. Ball products made in the promotional period 1st October – 31st December 2024 subject to the terms applicable.
2. Please note that you may claim 5% Cashback on purchases of Styccobond F3 in the period 1st October – 31st December 2024. Cashback will be paid at 2.5% on all other F. Ball products during this period.
3. Complete the appropriate claim form (October-December 2024), which can be downloaded from the Ball Rewards website. Please note that this claim form may be used to submit claims for any Cashback promotions in the period October – December 2024. To claim for the current promotional period (October – December 2024) the completed claim form may be submitted whenever you like until 31st December 2024. Claims made after this date will be disallowed. When a claim is made before the end of December 2024, additional claim forms can be downloaded to allow you to submit a further claim during the claim period. 4. Submit the claim together with copies of your purchase invoices that show F. Ball products or proof of purchase from an approved F. Ball wholesaler showing purchases of F. Ball products in the 1st October – 31st December 2024 period. These need to clearly show the F. Ball products purchased and the prices paid. Claims may only be submitted for purchases of F. Ball and Co. Ltd. products supplied by an approved F. Ball wholesaler and invoiced to the card holder in the period 1st October – 31st December 2024. Invoices must show the purchaser’s name as it appears on your Ball Rewards Card. Claims must be sent in by post with copy invoices or via your nominated wholesaler, where this is applicable.
5. Once your claim has been received and verified, F. Ball will calculate your Cashback entitlement due on purchases made for the promotions active during the claim period and you will be sent a payment based on the applicable Cashback percentage of the nett value of all F. Ball products shown on the invoices for the appropriate promotional period. In the period 1st October – 31st December 2024 the Cashback percentage is 2.5% of the nett value of all purchases of F. Ball products, or 5% of the Nett value of Styccobond F3. Nett value is the value you have been invoiced after deduction of any trade discounts and VAT etc.
6. Payment will be made by BACS. If you have not already supplied bank details please contact F. Ball and Co. Ltd. to supply the details. Please ensure that you contact F. Ball to update your bank details should they change.
7. Payment will be made to the name on your Ball Rewards Card and BACS payments will only be sent to the account details registered with F. Ball. The name on the Ball Rewards Card must be identical with the purchaser’s name as shown on the invoices.
8. Purchase invoices must be for goods supplied and invoiced during the period 1st October – 31st December 2024. Supplies or invoices dated outside this period do not qualify. Individual purchase invoices may only be submitted once in support of a cashback claim.
9. Cashback is entirely at the discretion of F. Ball and Co. Ltd.
10. Offer only available to contractor & retailer holders of Ball Rewards Cards.
11. Where the net purchase value of a claim is less than £500 during a single claim period, Cashback will not be paid. If the Cashback claim amount due made on purchases in any single claim, is for less than £12.50 (nett value) no payment will be made due to the administrative costs involved and F. Ball shall void the claim.
12. The Ball Rewards scheme and associated offers and promotions are promoted and operated by F. Ball and Co. Ltd.
