When the new state of the art powder production facility was built in 2009, it was designed to offer the ability to increase production output in the future, if required. As demand has significantly increased in recent years, the extra capacity is now required and the latest investment has seen a potential increase in capacity of around 25%.
One machine alone will produce around 1200 units per hour on average.
The increased production capacity allows us to maintain high levels of customer service and reinforces the company’s rapid despatch policy which guarantees delivery to anywhere within UK mainland within 24 hours.
