STOPGAP FAST-TRACK 30 is a rapid setting and rapid drying smoothing compound that incorporates the latest advances in cement technology providing a truly fast-track solution. This smoothing compound dramatically decreases drying time, allowing floorlayers to work quickly and efficiently.

It is suitable for use in light to heavy-duty applications, making it ideal for preparing sound absorbent and non-absorbent subfloors prior to the installation of new floorcoverings.

When applied at a temperature of 20°C, STOPGAP FAST-TRACK 30 allows the installation of both textile and resilient floorcoverings in as little as 45 minutes, and walk-on-hard time of 30 minutes. This smoothing compound’s rapid-drying feature ensures that work progresses quickly, helping to accelerate high-quality project completion.

STOPGAP FAST-TRACK 30 is dimensionally stable, ensuring long-lasting performance. This smoothing compound comes as a pre-blended dry powder, designed for application between 2 and 10mm. It has a low odour and is protein-free making it a safe and suitable choice for use biologically sensitive areas such as hospitals.
