Styccobond F47
Pressure Sensitive Flooring Adhesive for use with STOPGAP ISOLATOR
STYCCOBOND F47 is a solvent-free, pressure sensitive flooring adhesive designed for securing sheet vinyl floorcoverings onto our STOPGAP ISOLATOR MEMBRANE, where the Relative Humidity of the subfloor does not exceed 92%. This adhesive dries to a permanent tacky film and has excellent plasticiser resistance. It has outstanding pressure sensitive properties that provides a reliable bond and securely holds vinyl floorcoverings in place.
Flooring contractors can confidently use it over normal underfloor heating installations, making it a versatile solution for vinyl flooring installation. It is a solvent-free, acrylic polymer emulsion adhesive which is pale blue in colour.
Our pressure sensitive flooring adhesive has a quick drying time of 60 minute (dependent on temperature and humidity). This allows flooring contractors to work quickly and efficiently.
Where the Relative Humidity of the subfloor exceeds 92% or if mechanical fixings are to penetrate the adhesive film and membrane, you should use STYCCOBOND F84. For details on other subfloor types, please contact our Technical Service Department.
STYCCOBOND F47 flooring adhesive maintains its effectiveness with a shelf life of 12 months in unopened containers stored in good conditions. This makes it a reliable choice for both ongoing and future projects.
