Day 2025

Saturday 8th March 2025 is International Women’s Day.

Here at F. Ball and Co. Ltd. we’re proud to have women employed in various roles and departments from senior management & team leaders through to production and apprentices.

The F. Ball Centre of Excellence also regularly runs dedicated 2-day Women in Flooring courses, which are unique to the industry. This extremely popular course is open to any women who work within the flooring industry and in any role. Delegates are actively encouraged to take part in practical product training sessions over the two days and benefit from the opportunity to network with other women working in flooring related roles.
