Darren joined the company as business development manager over 20 years ago before progressing to the role of national sales manager in 2017 and becoming sales director in 2019. During this time, he has been responsible for managing the F. Ball UK sales and marketing team and relationships with the company’s network of over 130 distributors. Darren replaces Mark Hughes, who retires after seven years in the role.
Commenting on his appointment, Darren said: “I’m delighted that F. Ball has put its confidence in me to steer the direction of the company at such an exciting time. It is a great organisation to work for, and my priorities include maintaining our strong values as we build on our position in new and existing markets.”
