As one of F. Ball’s regional technical representatives, he will provide expert technical advice, training and on-site assistance to flooring contractors, distributors and retailers across the region on best practice in subfloor preparation and floorcovering installation and how to get the most out of F. Ball products. This will include conducting site visits and producing case-specific reports advising on the best course of action for particular flooring projects.
Dale has 10 years’ experience in sales and support roles in the commercial flooring industry, including eight and a half years as a trade account manager and a year and a half as a technical representative for a prominent UK PVC manufacturer covering the West Midlands. As a technical sales representative for a leading floorcovering manufacturer, he worked with F. Ball technical representatives to specify F. Ball adhesives for use with their products.”

Dale and his partner Chloe have a seven-month-old daughter and a Sprocker Spaniel. They are family-oriented and enjoy time spent on long walks in the Peak District and holidays in Cornwall and around the world. He also enjoys both watching and playing football, as well as running, swimming and home workouts.
