Delegates from Europe to Asia, and from the Americas to Australia made their way to the company’s Cheddleton headquarters for the chance to gain a better appreciation of the technical expertise and processes involved in manufacturing F. Ball products, learn more about marketing and sales support available in their respective countries, and network with other flooring professionals.
Practical demonstrations in the F. Ball Centre of Excellence offered guests the chance to use a range of products. These included instruction on selecting the optimum adhesive for a particular situation and checking compatibility of adhesives and chosen floorcoverings using F. Ball’s Recommended Adhesives Guide (RAG®). A tour of the manufacturing facilities and testing laboratories enabled attendees to see for themselves the state-of-the-art production operations that underpin the quality of F. Ball products.
F. Ball representatives also used the event as an important opportunity to gauge feedback from attendees on all aspects of F. Ball products and services.
In recognition of the invaluable role overseas distributors play in making F. Ball available to flooring professionals worldwide, the company was pleased to host light-hearted fun in the form of a Super Saves Goal Competition, before the culmination of the event with an evening at Uttoxeter Racecourse.
