After winning the Independent Floorcovering Distributors Association’s (IFDA’s) prestigious ‘Flooring Supplier of the Year’ award for several consecutive years, F. Ball has now been presented with the trophy to keep.
The IFDA was set up to bring together independent floorcovering distributors throughout the UK and Ireland who share a common interest in providing first class customer service. The group has developed strong links with manufacturers and works closely in partnership with these trusted suppliers.
Each year the members award the ‘Flooring Supplier of the Year’ trophy to a manufacturer based on performance in ten key business areas, including sales representation, marketing strategy, delivery service and technical support. F. Ball has been selected as the winner of this accolade for several consecutive years.
This year it was decided that the trophy would be presented to F. Ball permanently as a ‘Lifetime Achievement’ Award.
David Hibbert, F. Ball Sales Director, was presented with the trophy by John Pendleton, Chairman of the IFDA.
