Mark Smurthwaite of Cumbria has been named as the Carpet Fitter of the Year for 2016. The competition, organised by The National Institute of Carpet and Floorlayers (NICF) and sponsored by F. Ball and Co. Ltd. is an annual event open to all floor fitters in the UK, with the final held over two days at The Flooring Show.
Mark was presented with his trophy by TV personality, Anthea Turner, along with prizes of £1,000 in cash, a selection of tools and one year’s free NICF Master Fitter membership. Well done Mark!
