This year, the world’s largest floorcoverings exhibition was bigger and better than ever before. The international event saw over 1,600 exhibitors and 45,000 visitors travel from over 100 countries to attend.
As the UK’s leading manufacturer of subfloor preparation products and flooring adhesives, F. Ball were there to showcase the latest innovations in levelling compound and adhesive technology.
Visitors to F. Ball’s stand were particularly impressed by the company’s ‘fast-track’ solutions available for installing floorcoverings, including new Styccobond F49 Hybrid PS temperature tolerant, pressure sensitive vinyl adhesive. Styccobond F49 combines the properties of a pressure sensitive adhesive with temperature tolerance for use in areas subject to extreme temperature variations and also offers rapid curing. It has also recently been approved for use with flooring accessories typically applied to vertical surfaces, such as skirting, coving and capping.
F. Ball occupied a new location at this year’s show, co-exhibiting with other UK companies in the UK Pavilion, organised by the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce.
