F. Ball rewards relaunched

F. Ball has launched ‘Ball Rewards’, a new, rebranded version of its loyalty scheme for flooring contractors and retailers.

The original scheme was introduced over ten years ago to support and reward F. Ball customers. The rebrand and relaunch is part of the company’s attempt to help flooring professionals rebound from the effects of lockdown.

Free to join, the initiative rewards members with cashback every time they purchase F. Ball products. They also gain access to a wide range of exclusive benefits, including advanced previews of new products, the opportunity to enter monthly competitions for a chance to win exclusive prizes, extra cashback on promotional products, and access to F-Talk.

Commenting on the launch of Ball Rewards, Darren Kenyon, F. Ball Sales Director, said: “Supporting the flooring industry has long been part of our ethos. For over ten years, this has involved a rewards scheme that provides a financial advantage. This is particularly important to us as the industry continues to be impacted by coronavirus, so I encourage flooring professionals who are not already members to sign up and start making the most of the benefits.

“We also want to assure contractors of the availability of our wide range of other support services, including expert technical advice. Our Technical Service team is contactable by phone, email and video messaging apps during normal office hours. Site visits can also be arranged where necessary and conditions allow for social distancing.”

Fronting the relaunch of the rewards initiative is a new-look Ball Rewards website, where you can find out details of current competitions and promotions and how to claim cashback. Flooring contractors and retailers who are not already members can sign up at the site today to qualify for cashback on purchases made in the period from October to the end of December.
